Job Requirements
Technical Hard Skills 1. Process Engineering • Proficient in material and energy balance calculations; expert in process simulation using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and PRO/II. • Capable of interpreting and creating Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (PID). • Familiar with hazardous chemical production standards and the full scope of refining, waste oil regeneration, and magnesium chloride purification processes. • Skilled in DCS operation, with the ability to analyze plant energy consumption and optimize production for cost reduction. 2. Technical Drawing & Office Software • AutoCAD is required; proficiency in PDMS or SolidWorks is a plus for design institute roles. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: independently author process proposals, feasibility studies, testing reports, and technical quotation documents. 3. Industry Standards & Compliance • Deep knowledge of domestic GB petroleum safety and environmental regulations; international project experience requires familiarity with API and ASME equipment standards. • Well-versed in hazardous waste disposal, environmental emission controls, and annual inspection requirements for special equipment (pressure vessels, reactors). IV. Preferred Certifications (Bonus Points / Mandatory Requirements) 1. High-Value Core Credentials: Licensed Chemical Engineer; Intermediate/Senior Chemical Engineer Title (Mandatory for design institutes and EPC firms). 2. Safety Essentials: Certified Safety Engineer (Chemical Industry); Hazardous Chemical Safety Manager Certificate. 3. On-Site Operations: Special Equipment Operation/Management License; Pressure Pipeline Inspection Certification. 4. International Projects: International Safety Training Certificate; Russian Business/Technical Proficiency Certificate (Preferred).
